Too bad the newly hired, gorgeous, rehab addict is blasting through all his preconceptions and wrecking his ideals…one nail at a time…

Charlotte Grayson knows who she is and refuses to apologize. Growing up poor made her appreciate the simple things in life, and her new job at Pierce Brothers Construction is perfect to help her carve out a career in renovating houses. When an opportunity to transform a dilapidated house in a dangerous neighborhood pops up, she goes in full throttle. Unfortunately, she’s forced to work with the firm’s sexy architect who’s driving her crazy with his archaic views on women.

SOMEHOW, SOME WAY by Jennifer Probst is now live! This is a 1001 Dark Nights novella in the Billionaire Builders series.

Pierce Brothers’ Architect Brady Heart knows exactly what he wants from life — and that does not include the quirky and energetic Charlotte “Charlie” Grayson. Her artistic temperament and take-no-prisoners attitude are the exact opposite of what he’s looking for in a romantic partner. Unfortunately for Brady, his libido hasn’t received the message.

Many issues that challenge heroes in romance novels revolve around their lack of exposure to a happy, successful unions between their parents. In Somehow, Some Way, it is the “traditional” marital example set by his parents that influence his approach to what he’s seeking in a life-partner. All he knows is what he has seen work. But is that really what Brady wants or just what he thinks he should achieve?

One area where the fiercely independent Charlie is willing to concede control to Brady is in the bedroom. Charlie knows what she likes and she makes no apologies for it. Love that about her! Just like Brady, Charlie needs to learn what type of relationship works for her. They both to trust enough to let go and lean on another.

They both need to trust enough to let go and find the joy in finding support from another. Jennifer Probst packs a whole lot of character growth, banter, and steaminess in this entertaining novella. Nothing in Somehow, Some way felt rushed or underdeveloped. Ms. Probst’s tight plotting and graceful writing make Somehow, Some way such a joyful escape.
